While I believe that astrology can help any organization, I have found that my services work best when the majority of the team involved has both a willingness to learn and understand astrology, and a desire for personal development.

While astrology is much more mainstream these days, I was an astrologer before astrology was cool, so believe me, I realize that not everyone is in touch with this tool. My sessions work best for those who are curious and open. Do I expect everyone to be fully bought in? Well, no, that would be crazy. I still remember my skepticism when introduced to the Enneagram. I’m a Virgo and had to pick it apart before I could fully get on board. I’m also an Enneagram #5 – go figure.

While it is very helpful for each employee to know their exact birth time and location, there is still plenty of information that can be shared and utilized without it.

I have crafted my work to find a balance between science and spirituality. Using a grounded approach, I am able to meet people where they are on their journey. It is my role to empower an individual in being their best self, so that it can shine through in their work.

PACKAGE OFFERINGS

The following are my most popular packages, but I am always willing to customize a planspecific to your company.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

  • Half day workshop for key team members (up to five people, preferably in person)

  • Customized team dynamics report detailing core motivations and leadership

    qualities

  • Individual one-hour birth chart analysis for each team member leading up to the

    workshop (up to five people, can be done virtually)

    BUDGET: $3,500 for up to five people (additional attendees are $500). Following this session, additional coaching can be purchased at an hourly rate of $250.

    TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES

    Popular with employee retreats, holiday parties or just a good ole celebratory Friday, Brad can be on-site to do mini consultations. These can focus on any aspect of the birth chart and are not necessarily limited to leadership qualities. This is typically a more lighthearted session designed to build culture and have an escape from typical workplace stressors.

    BUDGET: $350/hour (minimum of three hours)

    Brad can customize an employee workshop that creates a unique bonding experience where we look at aspects of individual charts and how they all connect to each other. This experience often opens doors into how to get more out of our employees by creating more synergy than friction.

    BUDGET: Proposals are customized to your specific needs and number of attendees. This offering begins at $2,000.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

BUDGET: This is $250/hour, with a 10% discount when purchasing 10 sessions. The sessions can be divided among team members and are popular holiday
gifts for employees.

FORUM WORKSHOPS

BUDGET: Proposals are customized to your specific needs and number of attendees. This offering begins at $2,000.

SPEAKING

As individuals, we are our own best teacher. This means it is up to us personally to resolve our inner conflicts. It is a personal journey only you can achieve, and our birth chart gives us the blueprint. Using this tool, I work with leaders in a 1:1 setting to act as a conduit in helping YOU help YOURSELF evolve.

I work with business groups such as EO, YPO and Vistage forums to create a workshop experience like none other. Whether your goal is group dynamics or a deeper look into past life connections using astrology, we’ll customize a session that gets to the 5%.
